It was a welcoming experience and we really had a good time at the restaurant. The food was delicious. I enjoyed my 20oz sirloin. It was well done!

We have visited A duel in the Sun several times in the past. We have typically enjoyed the food and the service, but I find that sometimes the restaurant is holding back with what they could achieve, and the stunning location is hindered by sometimes not the most impressive food or service; which is not in line with the excellent service of the Trump Turnberry resort. However, when we visited this time we were not disappointed. The menu had been redesigned and I decided to opt for the very well-done steak from the Josper grill which I thoroughly enjoyed. The service was amazing as being the same as the rest of the resort and in conclusion we would highly recommend it and will be making a point to return in the near future.

I ordered the luxury fish and chips. Haddock, lobster, scallop and squid. Haddock was nice but the rest was over cooked in the deep fat fryer. Really not the way to be doing lobster, scallops. Really over priced for what it is.
